Versace's blog has been updated, with the exciting announcement that he has gone to start a new life with a lovely lady named Sue.
We currently have eight cats looking for loving homes. Feel free to pop down after 1:00pm tomorrow to view them. We have updated our animals for adoption page, so you can view a few from the comfort of your own home!

We have two new dogs up for adoption this week; Joey is a Staffordshire Terrier X, Gucci a Shar Pei X. You can find their profiles on our Animals for Adoption page.

Great news! Versace is back from the vets, following surgery on his tail. You can view Versace's Blog, which we will update when possible!

You may have heard about Versace, our young 3 month old puppy who was found with a severely damaged tail. Before being found wandering on the streets of Hamilton, his tail had been cruelly and deliberately docked by an amateur with a blunt instrument, resulting in severe pain, blood loss and infection. You can read the full article online courtesy of The Waikato Times and stuff.co.nz at Botched tail docking leaves pup fighting for life. To properly heal, Versace needs surgery and skin grafts costing over $800.
