Virtual Vet Fees
After the awesome response we got to the
VIRTUAL VEHICLE campaign - we received
about one month’s costs in total - that’s fuel, WOF,
tyres and registration - we thought we’d like to
offer the VIRTUAL VET FEES campaign.
Each month our veterinary bill is around $5000. This is
because most of the animals that come to the Haven
have been neglected, abused or involved in accidents.
Our vet fees are discounted, but volume makes up the
huge costs. Each day we can take up to ten animals to
the Vet for various issues. When an animal is involved in
an accident, we must make sure that it is treated whilst
we try to find an owner. Sadly, most of the strays are
unwanted and owners are not found, leaving us with
the bill. Can you help to treat or save an animal?
